When a beloved person dies or a lover is leaving us, friends splitting up with us, people leaving our life's.... we feel that we´ve lost something.

But nothing is ever lost in this universe. 

We´ve gained precious memories, we´ve learned through the other person, we grew with them, through them and shared a moment from our path with them. 

We gave each other something valuable at the time.

Remembering back, they are vivid in our hearts. Memories are as joyful or painful as if the person would be there right next to us.

We speak to each other through our hearts, cause we are all connected through our hearts.

We live in each other all along...

When paths separate in the physical world, don´t be sad. Be grateful for what this person has shared with you. 

Cherish every memory, even the heartbreaks you´ve felt. They just made you learn something and remind you again to love yourself even more. 

I know it´s really hard to accept all this, but if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at, change ;)

Death of the physical body in our western society is something terrible. Symbolizing the end.

In many cultures they celebrate, because they see death as the final liberation from suffering. Because this life existence with all its lessons is suffering itself. 

As the soul never dies, consciousness is never lost, only transformed into none physical matter.

The Soul continues traveling without the body. Lessons learned on earth...Its eternal, never ending. No beginning, no end. No birth, no death.

Physical Death is a great teacher for everybody. It teaches us devotion and how to cherish every second of this wonderful life.

Isn´t this just beautiful!

If a Lover leaves you it´s alright to feel pain. We learn through pain and it makes us more sensitive, but suffering is your choice.

Be grateful for what you could achieve together, learn from each other and for yourself. Appreciate the other person for what they´ve taught you, no matter how much it hurt you.

Remember, it was you who allowed them to treat you like they did...

But it was the time to walk away from what started to hurt yourself.

You will always love each other; in your hearts. For what you have been for another.

It´s eternal, no beginning, no end, you were and always will be in another.

The Love we are thinking that we are loosing by loosing another person, is always within us-It´s in our hearts. 

And in our hearts we all remain connected always.

The dead ones, the lost lovers, the never seen friends. They speak to us through music, memories, feelings, images, sensations. 

We are never left alone if we open our hearts to our own inner source where we all reside.
