Love not knowing
Love to let go
When fear or doubt about life tries to creep in lay down on the floor and say:
"ok im ready to die.
Take me with you cause everything is better then this senseless struggle."

Its fun to succeed, to be confident, to express yourself, the bad and the joy.
You don´t need to be perfect all the time. you are anyway already,  but thats actually boring.
Be bold and give a **** about being perfect, wanted, loved or pleasent. How boring.
There is no god who will punish you cause you weren´t perfect or not good enough.
For what?
A world in which you only get love when you fulfill some peoples expectations, is a world which I prefer to die.
And I´d do it with a smile, knowing that wherever my Soul is heading is better then this.
Don´t be afraid to dissapoint peoples weird expectations of you being what they want you to be...

If People around you are not able to give you sincere, loving support in whatever it is and their only way of treating is punishing and doubting you, please leave.
Run as quick as you can and know, this is about them, not you. You can smile while running.
People treat others how they feel about themselves.

In the end, we are in an interdepending Universe and will mostly have to deal with such People.
People with low self esteem who actually don´t feel good about themselves. That is all.
Then they can´t stand others who do and actually enjoy the ride.
Life is uncertain and always will be.
You get everything you Need and then do it. live it, throw yourself out there and Show the world how much you love the nature of all things.
Get on with it and try to make the most out of it.
For you and enlighten others so this passing on of emotional abuse, punishing and other sticky stuff finally comes to an end. In you and utside of you.
We all wish to live in a peaceful, happy world. So be the one who starts spreading it.
Just like hate is contagious, joy and confidence is.
Love yourself through the shit and the shit will turn into Gold.
Cowshit carries richness for the growth of plants.
Basically everything is said, everything is fine and you are here and everywhere. Be good do good, think good, live and Dance!

The Song of your Soul

We curse the darkness, the pain, the grief, the sorrow, the loss. Humans fear the pains, the horrors because it was conditioned to believe that it´s "bad" or "not right" to grief, to feel what it is behind those emotions.
Let it rise, go through it, embrace the ugly, the unwanted to realize, that there was never a disease, there was never a loss, a heartbreak, a Trauma.
There are, where and always will be just transformations.
One after another, after another.
Breath after breath, move after move.

We can be everything for everybody but your journey is unique and is walked by no one but yourself.
We touch the lives of another, we heal, we transform, we let go again.
Celebrate the unknown, love the uncertain, for the Magic embraces you when walking into nothingness.

Love, prosperity, joy, luck is here, right now and never ending in a constant flow
You are it, the sky, the love, the pain, the medicine, your friend, the enemy, the ups and downs
It was, is and always will be you. Everything that was, is and shall come...
Embrace this journey, for it is your movie.

There is no try

People who seem to have an answer for everything scare me
People who have their lifes fully under control and need to show this to the world in the unconscious seek for approval, scare me even more.
Those People telling you how to live, its better to run far away from...

People who tell you in an aggressive, demanding way, how full you are of your ego, make me very sad caus I feel their pain. People who make other People suffer need love the most....

People who are overly happy floating on their cloud of light&love worry me. Their darkness is not their best friend yet and its going to be painful sorting out the friendship...

I have no special degree, master, even I´m illiterate and feel foolish many times.
In this life I never reached for overwhelming studies and I gave up trying. I sang, danced, wrote and dreamed. A lot. I love God, the universe, the unknown, the unexpected, the wild unpredictable out there in the nowhere.
I´m failing all the time, i´m clumsy Imperfect, my rethorical skills really suck and there is no perfect way how one should live their life. Every day I´m giving my best over and over again and it never seems enough. So I sing and Dance instead of trying focusing on the imperfections. They are there anyway so lets make them sing!

The only things I would like to make you think about and ask is:

Where is the love?
Where is the raw, messy, incomplete, very Imperfect life?
What about the letting go of the conventions, the System you were raised in and the moments you were walking in an unknown place without any idea where you were going, just breathing in the moonlight?
Where is the: " You are illogical, irrational, confused but you are authentic and thats why I love you"

It will never be perfect because being human is a limited experience and we all long for the natural state of wholeness. On earth we are fulfilling duties we never have asked for, it seems.
But once we merge with them fully and embrace the Now completely, we arrive in our wholeness now.

In every Imperfect seeming moment and realize, everything and every experience is perfect for our soul to grow so it can merge back -
Into Everything and Nothing
There is no Need to be healed, you were never sick
No Need to become perfect because you always are
No use for knowledge because you are here for Liberation
There is only one thing:
The Love in everything....

When you meet an Angel

All the Wisdom in the universe seems profane when you forgot how to let go every defence and love

All the detachment from the mundane world seems useless, when you forgot how to let all the defences down and love

All the knowledge from secret agendas on planet earth, other worlds, hells, heavens, gods, demons are pitiable conspiracy theories in the light of pure love

Everything you learned, thought was true, real, important or relevant, gets crashed in a second, facing the silent, subtle force of love

My heart forgot how to love, my mind turned wise

My heart and mind had to detach from this world, the illusions, the relationships, everything material and physical,  to come back where I started, realizing, that the most important things I learned were;

How to love better. How to be so free that being close to another is shared wholeness, no matter how far you are away, no matter who you are, what you do, what is and what will be. Simply to love in the now and let it destroy you.

Your wounds are the source of strength and pain is the fuel on your journey...

Being infused by Love and right before you want to die in pain of heartbreak, loss, dissapointment you realize, that It was and always will be the only thing worth doing...

Thank you for reminding me how to let go and feel again. In the light of your pure love, the wisdom, knowledge and strength has to kneel down and simply capitulates...
You know who you are. Thank you for shining your love on me so I could reflect back...

 

It´s a dream in a dream in a dream...

Meditation is my  "reality" and life is the dream

The awareness of breath, seeing the nature of things through the heart, while sensations, events, people arise and leave, everything comes and goes

To realize there is no you, no other. Outer and inner are equal in a constant inderdependence. A dance of consciousness

Your realization of freedom, your free will and the emptieness of this anticipated goal of "being free"

Understanding the meaning in the apparently meaningless and the profanity in the apparent important

Your pain, which led you to wisdom. Your love which made you part of the whole, the grief, the joy, the anger, the Irritation...
and the ability to distance yourself, from the infinite ocean of illusive emotions which created all these Events

Your realization that all what ever happened, is happening and will ever happen is; you

Being rather than doing. Silence over speaking. To love and let go at in the same breath

To detach deeply while going into it, through it, experiencing every part of that, which you will detach from, in the next Moment

To be so free that you choose togetherness, you choose solitude, you choose reality, not enjoyment, not momentary pleasure

To love life so fully, that you voluntarily die in serenity

 

A letter for truth

We create what we most fear of....

I got abused in many senses, many times, in many ways. Im tired of it. I renounced. I left into the temple, to hiding places and even there, it followed me. It kept on pulsating and manifesting in front of my eyes.
Its inside of me. It will never go away i guess. Thats why it represents itself outside of me, again and again.
I am the devil and the only thing I fear in the darkness is myself.
I even went deeper into it and allowed some situations others to abuse me, in full consciousness.
Now Im tired. I know how it feels to be abused fully.
Let them take away everything from you.
The dignity, the grace, the hope, the strength. Everything. Except for one Thing.
A fire deep inside of you. Burning.
Its keeping your breath alive. The only thing you have left.
Your love.
Let them destroy you fully. Beat you, disrespect you, missunderstand you, laugh about you.
There is nothing else you want to trust, see, hear or do except for keeping this fire alive.
Keeping your breath alive. Your love. The love for yourself.
The devil is not evil. He´s just doing his Job. Like God, like the angels and the decievers. Its good. They Keep the Balance.
But im out of their game. I play my own chess now. Alone. With myself, because nobody can ever understand the way I felt, feel and will feel about things in this world and the other world, where we all came from. Even I dont care anymore if anybody feels the same. Let them Play their own chess, or whatever they need to Play...

I Play breathing chess. One move after another. One tear after another.
Die slowly inside and keep on walking outside. Your fire leads you to liberation.
everything else is impermanent.

I love you. I never saw you, I just feel you are always with me and in you I trust.
Thank you for keeping my fire burning in the darkness and in the Illusion of the light.
Im ready to die. To walk. To never care again

 

Being responsible

We can not control life because life is a natural process and nature is ever evolving.

We can not control our future, the behaviors of others, or manipulate desired outcomes.

The only thing we can and always should control are:  our emotions.
Our thoughts, words and actions.
When you accept that everything that happened, happens and will happen, is a question of how much you take responsability for your own behavior, then you gain control over yourself.

Consciousness created this life to explore, grow, express, learn and evolve.
Into a newer Version. Moment to Moment.
Now that we are here, we shouldn´t waist this time by complaining and make the best out of this incredible gift, being in human form. Everything is a gift actually. Especially the hardest moments...

God says, that humans value more then angels. Because humans are able to feel. They suffer, they love, they enjoy, they have all the range of earthly pleasures and they can enjoy them.
So why not go deeply into grief when it comes and enjoy the feeling of it, instead of making it bigger by resisting.
For it makes you softer, profound and helps you grow into a compassionate being.
Pain holds the tools to shape your Soul into a Diamond....

Why not enjoying every step you take and being happy for no reason?
Happiness without a reason teaches you how to be the light when others are stumbling in darkness.
You can bring the light to them and tell them a stupid joke. Remind them about the impermanece of things. This too shall pass. Nature is in a constant process. from spring to summer, to autumn to winter. Dance for no reason, laugh for no reason, enjoy everything when you have nothing.

Happiness, grief, fear, anger, love, sadness, joy - every human emotion is a blessing to live.
It is what we assigned for, when coming into human form.

So why again, complaining about the creation you did?! Again pushing away responsability.
Indeed we are all sinners, we are all the culprits, the victims but we are the creators!

Take responsability for every heartbreak, pain and shitty moment and watch, how the teaching in every given moment unfolds in front of you.
Every emotion teaches you something, that you later can give away, share and use for the support of others.
Realize that these teachers are exactly what you asked for and they are great , wonderful teachers!
They love you so much, your evolvement and growth, that they will never leave you until you make friends with them.
Take responsability for your negative creations as much as you do when things go well.
The creation of your very life and embrace your teachers. Some you know better, others will meet you when least expected. Be open. Love them all, they are here to assist you, while growing into your soul. The less you identify with them, the smoother you can walk, the easier you can take emotions as fuel for your journey...

When something bad happens I blame myself. When something good happens, I thank God and bow down to his mercy

I´m asking myself...

In a Society where taking responsability for another and caring for other people is a sign of not enough self-love,

 

In a Society where devotion and serving another being is misinterpreted as weakness,

In a Society where achieving wordly success such as fame, more money, status, is the highest "happieness" and following the foolish mass is the only way accepted,

In a Society where porn stars are celebrated and women used and allow being used, for quick satisfaction of physical needs,

In a Society where showing skin is more worth and appreciated, than showing kindness, self respect and wisdom, where women are being judged by their looks,

In a Society where the education of the mind, degrees, references, are more important rather than the education of the heart and raising spiritually,

In a Society where everybody knows about the life of P.Diddy but only a few know about the true conditions of refugees or understand the lightwork some People do for others,

In a Society where People hold grudge against their fathers and mothers and are not able to forgive, are not able to grow up and realize the pain and burden they took on them to give us this precious life,

In a Society where making peace with your past, your enemies and the People who hurt and betrayed you seems a testimonial of stupidity or loosing self-respect,

In a Society where men sight is blurred by desire, attachment and illusions and sinning in human values never stop, where running away from giving and recieving love in a Family became normal,

...would you like to live in such a Society?

We are here to transform ourselves to transform the lost human values and bring back dignity, to every moment of gods creation





 

The beauty of emptiness

People hurt each other, they make mistakes, they are unaware, they disrespect you and don´t see your intentions and heart.
Although you have helped them, you opened their eyes to see more clearly, you loved them, comforted them, were a friend to them, a lover, a wife, a best friend, they still would not recognize your soul...

That´s human nature and when something like this happens I try to remember always this:

I learned to be nice, compassionate and open to people and their problems, help wherever I can but I am also learning and realizing more and more to distance myself from people, the world and its pleasures and pains, unnecessaries conversations, interactions and connections. Everything is energy and the resources have to be taken care of, in order to maintain ones own peace. In the modern world our energies are being drained by distractions at every corner in every form and shape...

We all create our reality with our thoughts, our words and finally our actions. When something "bad" happens, I realize that actually something very good just must have happened and soon I will know for what reason the "bad" thing occurred.

Everybody, every situation is a reflection of ourself, our current state of consciousness. There is no outer person, its all always in between you and you. If I hurt someone, I just hurt myself. You lie, cheat betray others; you do this all to yourself.

We all have karma to resolve here on earth. There is no escaping from it, but we can not become a victim of it, neither a slave. Once you realize the negative thought patterns which have been created over generations in your ancestors line and manifested in your subconscious mind and your current situation is showing a repetition of such negative patterns; you have the choice either to allow a continuing of the suffering, or you change your karma by walking a different, more healthy path. 

The path of truth.

This means that you have to let go what is hurting you. Change your thoughts, your perception of what is going on and don´t think in the same old way, don´t react in the same old way.

 The people in your life who are involved in fulfilling these negative patterns were created by your subconscious mind which is creating those negative patterns over and over again until you understood and solved the lesson. 

Sometimes this means, you have to leave a person who hurt you although you still feel love. 

Sometimes this means you have to completely detach from a situation, certain circumstances and find yourself in a new setting to continue improving your own inabilities to live a life in love, freedom and ease.

Never give up on yourself, no matter how hard the lessons get, no matter how hard everything seems. Never stop realizing yourself, your thoughts, words and actions.

 Its actually all a test, a training in the big school called "Planet earth".

Only if you change yourself, strive towards becoming a good human being with high morality and pure, good hearted human values, you are able to change the world.

We all have the power to do that. Only some face it, only some really change...
